Fort Lewis, WA - In Processing

When reporting for in-processing at Fort Lewis, soldiers must check in at the Welcome Center which is located in Building 2140, Waller Hall. In-processing can take up to 5 days and requires that military personnel be in uniform during the process. The duty uniform at Fort Lewis is the ACU. Be sure to have enough uniforms with you to complete the entire in-processing. Military personnel should bring all personnel records including medical, dental and financial. Once checked in at Fort Lewis, soldiers will receive a billeting assignment and a temporary meal card if not on separate rations.
